Each professional has a central card: name, contact, tax ID, speciality (waiter, chef, security, entertainment, DJ), standard rate. Reusable for any future event.

Adjustable hourly rate

When allocating to an event, the rate can be customised — hourly or fixed price. Useful when negotiating higher rates with frequent collaborators.

Automatic total costs

The sum of staff costs appears in the event budget. You know exactly which margin remains after staff, upfront.

Calendar roster

Who is scheduled where, in a single view. Avoids staff conflicts between parallel events on the same day.

Notes per person

Personal notes on each professional (available weekend, vegetarian, contact number). Nothing lost in the managers' memory.

Booking ranking

Which professionals had more bookings this quarter? Statistics to negotiate rates or identify who to keep always available.
