Tasks & Checklist per event

Every venue has 15-30 tasks that repeat in every event (confirm supplier, validate list, deposit top-up…). Event365 lets you define these global tasks with the "auto" flag — they enter automatically in each new event. The progress in % appears in the event list with colour: green at 100%, red below 30%.

Auto-load on every new event

Set the "auto" flag on the venue's standard tasks and they appear automatically on each new event. Zero rework.

Progress % with colour

Each event shows the percentage of completed tasks in the list. Green 100%, yellow 50-99%, red < 30%. You instantly see what's at risk.

Ad-hoc tasks

Beyond the automatic ones, specific tasks can be added to an event (special client request, unexpected situation).

Completion audit

Each task marked as done stores date and user. Useful to understand whether the team is hitting deadlines.

Central catalogue

Edit the global task list in the backoffice. Changes apply to upcoming events (not retroactive, to avoid breaking history).

Visible to the team

The task list is visible to all users with permission on the event. Anyone in the field knows what's still missing.
