With hundreds of saved notes, search through a keyword bar across the client's entire history. If they come back next year for the baptism, you instantly find what they requested for the wedding.

Notes audit

Every note is saved with date and user. If a dispute arises, you know exactly who gave the information and when.

Important notes at top

Mark important notes as "pinned to top". They appear above the list, visible to anyone opening the card.

Linked conversations

When the team replies, the history is shown like a chat. Confusion over what was answered and what wasn't is gone.
